Shipping policy

What's the processing time?

After your order has been placed please allow a full 24 hours for your order to be processed. 

How fast do I ship?

All orders ship out 2-3 days after processing, during the business week (Mon-Fri)

Are different shipping speeds offered?

No. All orders ship at the same speed 

Who do I ship with?

All packages are shipped through USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. Signature authorization is REQUIRED. 

Do I offer tracking numbers?

Yes! All orders with have tracking numbers provided to the customer once the order has been shipped out. They can be found in your email alongside a tracking link.

Didn't receive your order?

Please contact me at shopaleshab@gmail.com if you haven't received your order and it has been longer than 7 business days (Mon-Fri).

Once your order leaves my possession, I am no longer responsible for it. If it does not get delivered you will need to contact the shipper to locate your package and to rearrange delivery. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation upon arrival to confirm delivery.
